pricing depends on your race specialty.
like in Cora there are more casters and summoners so price of intense wands are being sold at 10-15 million disena for a level 35 wand.
for warriors the most expensive are intense level 30 weapons because after job change you'll get an additional 15 PT to max so you'll be staying a while longer on this level compared to lower levels which you'll just breeze through.
other unique items are being sold really cheap because selling unique/rare items to an NPC somehow raises the tax for your race (i believe this is still a rumor though) and higher tax means pots are more expensive, as well as spells, bullets, arrows NPC armors etc...
