Need help with lvl28 quest

I just finished collecting 10 items at lvl28 for Accretia by killing mobs that look like mini-t rex. after i got 10/10 i figured i was finished but it seems im supposed to deliver them somewhere because it stays green lit at 10/10 but hasn't given any reward yet. anyone know where to go to finish it?

that should have been automatic just like any other quest completion thing... the little exclamation mark pop up at bottom right and you know the procedure, your lvl 28 :P
