RFOnline Japan Open Beta!

Well I'd like to start this post as saying "hi" to everyone as i will be keeping you all updated on the Japanese version of RFOnline and thanks to Simon for making me a moderator of this forum! ^^

Anyway, to the stuff youve click this post for:

On the 31st of August Sega will Launch the Open beta Registrations for the Japan RFOnline. I am lead to belive that the Beta also starts on this date, so when u have an account you will be able to play straight away, but i will varify this.

As of now, the Open Beta Client is available for download so that the servers dont get hammered once the open beta starts, They have opted for a downloader program that you must download in order to download the actual client. Many of you will be glad to hear that the downloader supports resuming, so u can stop the download and start it at anytime. The client is 847 MB which, unless compressed, seems strange as i rememebr the Korean one as 2GBish.

The downloader works for win98, I'm downloading it right now using win98SE. But I'm not yet sure about the game (20% complete as of now).

I'm glad i can play JRFo gets me ready for future betas. That way atleast i know what I'm doing.
