in my skill box window.. it givs a list of my skills n on the tab above my skills it says 14/16 PT. i alrdy no wen my overall PT goes to 30 i can get the 2nd tier of skills, but wat does the 1st number mean (thus in my example, it would be the 14). seems lik the 2nd number (the 16) sticks wit ur lvl (im lvl16). n how do u raise the first number? is it automatic? or do u raise it by using skills constantly?
