They are quests, you receive them at certain levels. Always pick yes.

Then you become a homo***ual. I'm guessing it means you choose not to do the quest OR you choose not to read the description of the quest. I wouldn't take the risk though, so just choose yes. :)

These are new quested arrive, you can either read the detail or not. The quest still in log no matter you click yes no. Don't bother if you can't read Japanese description.
