I noticed there was a few people who were having troubles with 2k. XP guide tells you basically what to do but doesn't fix anything! Anyways this is how i got mine to work.
1. Start-->Settings-->Control Panel--> Regional Options
(This should get you this)
2. Make sure you have Japanese language pack installed under "Language settings for the system"(Should have check in box) If not installed, click box next to japanese and hit apply. You will be prompted to enter 2k CD and will install.
3. Click on button Marked "Set default..." and from the drop down menu select Japanese.
4. Click Ok, then apply at the bottom of the regional options menu. You will prompted to insert your 2k CD. Once it finishes, restart your computer. After restarting your regional options should look like this.
5. Begin enjoying RF!!!
