Go to start ---->control panal---> region and language option.
Go to the advance tab and there choose Japanese from the drop down list, then restart your comp

if you don't have japanese go to regional and language under control panel, click the language tab, hit details, hit add, under input language click English then add Japanese under keyboard layout
