Increasing Internet speed

i read some of that speed guide and had no idea what was going on :-o

now i feel dumb :bag:

umm get ad-aware and remove all that junk. i had cable (360 K) but the problem was that 1568 (yes that many) spyware files resulted in a 68% loss of speed for me lmao

the lag also might be due to crappy vid card or ram or hd space

or *cough cough* the integrated graphics im using atm on this laptop

Is there a way to increase the internet speed. I am using SHAW cable and it really lags when surfing on sites, playing RF, etc.

click on broadband at the top. Then go to Broadband tools and then click on SG TCP Optimizer. That will take you to the download page where you will want to download and run the tcp optimizer. It works really well, especially if you have a no-tweaked version of Windows running.
