Hi, I'm a level 31 psyper and I think I'm having the same problem, I want to level my melee PT but it won't go up(I think melee PT affects Deadly Staff).

Would it work if I get my accrecian friend(2 levels higher than me)
to remove all his armor, then I use weakness on him(to reduce armor), and then hit him?

Think it would increase my PT or would it be better if I just restart?

U should train your PTs reguraly!But if u a warrior i think training long range is just useless! :idea:

training long range is NOT useless for warriors... a few pt on long range will give you more FPs!

You mean SP, don't you?

Defense = +HP
Long Range = +SP
Force = +FP

Does Close Range increase anything like this?

So if I levelled both Close Range and Force, I'd have more FP than someone who had only levelled Force?

I'm currently level 28. My close range skill and defense is OK, but I would like to raise my long range PT as well. The problem is, when I try to use long range weapon, it won't increase. If I try to kill a monster with a level the same as mine, it just won't increase. What's the problem, why is my long range skill not increasing? Is it because I'm already at level 28 and my long range PT is still 1?

Yes, that is why, if your PT is too low for your level then you can never increase it because you can't damage the monsters enough..

Yeah, that's one of the possible reasons I have thought of, and I have confirmed it. Thanks for the answer dude. I'll have to restart my character then. I feel bad, not because I have to restart, but because I wanted to level-up as fast as I can so that I could help my race. On the positive side, it's better I repeated the level grind now instead of repeating it at level 38. :rofl:
