Second Tier Skills

Just wondering since Apoc told me that a driver couldnt get second tier skills from another class (only basic skills) then could you possibly lvl to get second tier before changing into a driver to "bypass" so that you could use the skills? Not sure if my question is clear: in short staying say a specialist to get second tier skills before changing into a driver?

hmm, not 100% sure of what you are asking, but i hope this answers your question --- i might be mistaken myself but neways

2nd teir skills atleast from what you are talking about are the special skills you obtain from going from class to class i.e specialist-> driver(edit:: actually i dont think there are any special skills that you get anyways going to driver(except being able to use MAU's, so the rule applies to any other combination of races)- note that anyotherclass->driver->NOTHING so no black mau

you obtain those skills once u hit level 30 and change, what "Apoc" probably told you is that lets say you were a spiritualist, then you go driver, you willl not get those special driver skills that you would have gotten if you were a specialist
or he was miskaken in that if you do go specialist->driver, after that at level 40 you could become a armor rider and learn those special skills

basic skills you will have tho, just not special ones(the tier 2) which you get by not just level, but by changing class

maybe this will help a bit more

specialist-> driver(no special skill/ can ride MAU) -> armor rider(Armor mastery skill)

warrior/spiritualist/ranger-> driver(no special skill/ can ride MAU)-> Nothing(no more class change)

--after reading/decoding ;x your most some more, are you saying to go lets say.. level to lvl 40 and change to some other rank 2 class to learn the skill and then change to driver?

answer is No.

you have to do it in this general order if you want the most out of the skills

Specialist - Driver / Craftsman

at 40

Commando - Beserker / Armsman
Miller - Armsman / Shield Miller
Ranger - Hidden Soilder / Sentinel
Sniper - Sentinel / Infiltrator
Psyper - Wizard / Astraler
Chandra - Astraler / Holy Chandra
Driver - Armor Rider
Craftsman - Mental Smith

so no skipping to class(lvl 40) then changing to class(lvl 30) (doesnt make sense anyways)
