im an a warrior who usually uses 2 handed swords. My question is is it worth it to train my shielding skill for future uses? because the way i see it even though i use a knife and a shield my close range skill levels just as fast when i am using a 2-handed sword.
oh yeah does my pt range change when i am using different weapons for example. when i use shield and knife when i level up

close range 6/7
long range 1/4
launcher 1/5
sheilding 3/6
defence 6/6

then when im using two handed sword when i level up

close range 6/8
long range 1/4
launcher 1/5
shielding 3/5
defence 6/6

or is it the same wheter i use knife and shield or two handed sword when i level up

Ty

Same, the max pt comes from your level and class.
Best way to level a warrior without having regrets later is to use a knife and shield.
Atleast that is my opinion.. :)
