Problem:
When I try to run the game, a message pops-up on the screen saying...
"RF Online | Connecting to launcher update server."
after a few seconds the message will disappear but then nothing happens, as if I didn't run the game at all.
Can somebody help me?

By the way here is my system specs.
- Pentium 4, 2.4GHz
- 256MB RAM
- GeForce FX 5200, 128MB
- PLDT DSL
