abt shield skill and stat

is there any shield skills? how can increase the block rating? anyway can make shield block effectivly?

Get the Shield PT to higher level is one way of increasing block rate. You'll start to notice block rate becomes quite often if you get it over 37. There are class specific buffs that some race get to increase shield block rate, but I think it's mostly from Bellato side.

easy way of getting sheild PT up is just to find some lower lvl mobs thats dont hurt as bad to you and train a bunch of them and let them hit you same for defence

but i like the sheild but i also like 2H things
