then click on account registeration. follow the guide on this site to make a new account. You need a credit card, it costs $18 USD to play for one month.
Lol. Well you could follow that, or you would wait for the PH or English open beta's that are both coming out soon and you can play for free. Just keep your eyes on the sites.
