I know maybe its a strange question, but afaik the game is about 3 races fighting against each other over resources. I`ve seen vids made by Bellatos in which mechs are shown which pretty much own their enemys. I know they have a very high upkeep, but if they are very strong and they get to control many mines that wouldnt be a problem right? Please correct me if im wrong...

they look like their the end-all of any fight right now thats true.. But also remember this.
Most of the vidio youve probably seen have been of the "Beta" plays.
This makes a big differance as the Level cap has been locked at lv 30, which is Right when the Bellato are able to get the Mech's. But... its to low of a level cap for the other 2 races to actualy get the skills/weapons that would be more effective against them also.
im fairly sure that once the game goes live, and people in Cora and Accreation get past lv 30 and up into the 40's or 50's Im sure tehre will be weapons/skills that will help them out when takeing on Mech's.
But for now, seem's all the Beta's are locking the level limit at 30, which as i said, is just high enough to get the mech's but not high enough for Cora or Accreation to be able to do mutch of anything with them.

Well that's the problem there, if a LV30 Driver is able to dominate other LV30 Races, then they are a bit overpowered. It shouldn't take Lv35+ Races to be able take down a LV30 Driver.
Mech just has way too many advantages in RvR, specially since there is no way you can debuff them, lowering thier combat abilities, or preventing them from escaping. It also requires many players to just take one down. It's like 10 vs a Mech. The ratio is just way off, which is why Bellato are usually the dominate Race in RF. For every Mech you see in RvR, you need 6-12 Nukers to effectively take one down. They got HP that nearly rival Pit Bosses in the game and with the damage output to back it up.
While sure the cost for acquiring them may cost a bit much at first, but 1M isn't much later on. Acquring money in this game is just way too easy if you know what you're doing and most do.
Mech aren't properly balanced in this game.

I also would like to know if mechs can be healed by other players or if they can use heal-pots or anything like that, because mechs are machines (obviously)....

cant use healing potions, or be healed, but the only place they can repair at is back in town =)
ie. cant repair out in the field, then join the fight again.

I don't think they're overpowered at all. You have to realise that in the first many levels, it's either the accretia or cora that have the advantage (varying on levels then), Belatto doesn't get such until later in. In that time, I guess the toher races will just have to raid/kill to slow down the time for Belatto to get to a high enough level for a mech. I guess you could say the Belattos are late bloomers.
That's my opinion anyway.

Well think of it this way;
To gain access to a Mech Unit you have to be a Bellato of the Specialist class. Now, from experience, i know first hand that the specialist class is one of the most difficult to level having no exelled skill in any area of ability (Magic, Strength/HP, Stamina/Ranged Attack etc.). This means they have to put more effort into levelling and doing quests.
So you could probably safely say, that if yo uand a friend both chose to play RF and play on different factions, your friend being a Bellato Specialist and you being, say, an Accretian Warrior, you would reach the level cap or a desired level point, (say 30) first.
So in a way giving them a Mech unit is sort of like taking the burden off their shoulders... and also allowing them to take revenge on all who got them before... buahaha :scared:
Anyway some of this information may be incorrect or subject to change, so please correct me if im wrong ^^.
