yea that sounds like it could improve every game for more of a user side creativity. But my question is, is he gonna actually release the game cause it dows seem pretty fun?

This isnt really that "new" other games have been adding sandboxes to there games so you have the tools to basically create a whole new game! This is just the next step of gaming evolution.
