Avatar help

heyas... spend about 30 mins cutting/shrinking a Avatar down to the size limitation, then when i tried to upload it, was told it was an invalid format. Whats ti gotta be to fit past the settings you guys have on them? =)

just for a little more info.. here's the message i get when i try to upload a custom avatar.

Errors Returned While Uploading
MIME type not allowed: image/bmp

now.. insert any type of image file you can think of inplace fo bmp. and i still get that message =T

When it asks to upload off URL, try this when selecting avatar.

Okay, think I fixed the avatar problem. Try uploading/avatar linking now.
