Is there anything I can do to prevent the game from crashing or freezing? It's getting really annoying.... =

In the "settings" option when you login to the client, turn down the glow effect.

Its set high by default and alot of peoples graphic cards cant handle this, drop it down a notch to increase stability.

i used to play RF with 2048x1536x32 and noticed that i get some crash and blue screens.. so i tried to tone down all the settings and increase them 1 by 1 i noticed past 1600x1200 RF is unstable, now playing @ 1280x1024

2048x1536?

Interesting. Either this game is not that that demanding (more like WoW) or you have a pretty beefed up system to get RFO running at that resolution.

On the other hand I read in the CM Forums read Zzeno is running it past 1600x1200 quite happily. I think it was at 1920x1200.

I wish I had a monitor big enough to hold a resolution greater than 1600x1200 :(

high detail setting of rf is bugged for now. I was testing it using a 6900 ultra at high it crashes. but set to a lower resolution its quite stable. 6900 ultra should be able to handle the high resolution so it leads me to believe the highend resolution is somehow bugged.

RF graphics enigne efficiency is still to low.. peformance really suffers alot in CW. i can run WoW faster and better @ 2048x1536.

my system specs are

AMD 3200
X800XT-PE
1GB DDR400
