Please Help!

Sorry to bother you guys but yeah!
i need some help
when ever i download the RF client from
lvl up, i open the file w/ bittorent
but i wait for a few minutes and an error
pops up saying:

"RF_Philippines.exe" : warning from tracker - Unable to connect to your incoming data port (number here).This will result in slow downloads. Please check your firewall/router settings"

and then the download says it will take like 7 days
so any help will be appreaciated!

You need to open port 6881 on your router and or firewall so outside clients can get to your client. I use azureus (download.com has a link). The client has a tool for testing your NAT/firewall settings. It will let you know if you've properly opened the port or not. Check your router's manual to learn how to do this, or open windows firewall control panel and open a port from there if that's what you use. Good luck..
