well, since this game seems plagued with a lack of information i'm gonna ask for some guides. if they already exist a link to them would be greatly appreciated.

1. skills - how they work, what leveling them up does, etc.

2. races - the basics, like who i good at what, etc.(yeah i know the basic basic differences like accretia ar cyborgs, cora are magical, and bellato get mechs.. or at least that's my understanding after like 4 days)

3. classes - class progression, what the differences are, etc. etc. etc.

4. crafting - basics, how you get new stuff to make(i've fond the higher my skill goes the more i can make but i don't seem to know how far i need to go), can i make intense or magical items crafting?

5. upgrading - i have a couple items used in upgrading(water crystal and a ruby) but i can't upgrade so i'm wondering how it works, what do i need?

sorry for sounding like a noob but i am and after days of looking i'm having hard time finding this BAASIC BASIC BASIC information about the game.

1- skills. all the same for all races. all classes can access the close range and long range skills. the magic skill.. i think doesn't get unlocked till you're 40. there's 4 lvls of skills. Basic, Expert, Elite, Master. Basic skills are available right from the start. Expert doesn't get unlocked till your 30. and the rest of it, i don't know.

For Force skills, you have to buy them from the Force NPC. The spells for both bellato and cora are basically the same, except that Cora are the only ones that can use Dark force and Bellato are the only ones that can use Holy. Tier 1 Force spells (basic) are around 53k each, Tier 2 (expert) are around 230k each. and Tier 3 you can obtain via monster drops.

as for what leveling does to the skills, i have no clue. i honestly have never seen a noticable enough difference in terms of power, except that for buffs, the higher the level, the longer the spell will last.

2- races.... you basically just listed them =/ accretians for me are the best with melee.. and cora with magic. bellato somewhat in between.

3- basically almost all classes between all the races are the same. though once you get a "new" class, i think only 3 new skills are added to your list. there's really no classes restriction as long as you level the necessary PT, you just don't get the skill of that new class (job change at 30 and 40)

4- i don't think you're able to make intense weapon... though i'm not really sure on that. basically... you just keep on crafting items so your crafting PT goes up. http://rfonline.x2game.com/GameInfo/Item/OverView.asp if you go to that site, click on any of the sections (armors, ammo.. etc) it'll give this huge list of all the items in game. click on any of the individual links and it should have a pop up. That pop up window tells you what is needed (though it's in korean.. so who knows.) and at what level you can craft them (craft PT level that is). as for the ingredients, the higher items (after craft pt 12 or so) you'd have to buy from players, you cannot buy the needed items via the npc.

5- you need the upgrade tool kit. buy it at your npc. i know it's the talic... though i've never heard of using ruby and such, perhaps it's the same way with talics. just buy the Upgrade kit from sundries, use it.. and drag and drop your weapon then the crytal or whatever. it'll tell you if it's not able to upgrade. (there's also a chance it might break or unsuccessful or something.. )

1. skills

You start with some skills and you toss htem on the quick bar near the bottom of the screen. Pressing F1 uses the skill in slot 1. You can ch ange to use 1-0 keys instead of F keys if you like. Using a buff in a hostile area will give you XP, using an attack skill on a hostile mob worth XP to kill will also give XP for using it. Once you get 100% you use a TP, and gain TP each level. Since you do not get enough TP to max all skills, it is best to focus on the skills you want to be best at.

2. races

Cora - They use magic mostly, so their caster class will be the most common one in use.

Accretia - These guys get a launcher, a big rocket launching system that does massive damage. If you see an Accretian with a launcher mounted, be ready to take some strong hits.

Bellato - They use their MAU's, so if you like being able to hop in and out of a mech, they are your best bet. Just keep in mind the MAU won't be available for a while and is expensive to buy and maintain.

3. classes - class progression, what the differences are, etc. etc. etc.

Each race has 3 or 4 classes. Two fighter classes, 1 caster class (Accretia has no caster class) and a crafter class.

4. crafting

You can craft armor, weapons and ammo. You mine as an idle-time activity, process the ore into refined materials. Some of these provide "power ups" any class can upgrade weapons and armor with. Only the crafting class can make use of the crafting machines (with exception of the upgrade device). You should create a character that does mining and crafting, they are called the "Specialist".

5. upgrading

You need an upgrade device, they are sold on some vendors. Once you have the device and upgrade materials you need an armor or weapon item with upgrade slots. Count these slots and try to upgrade something with a lot of slots first. Upgrades can damage or destroy the item, so try not to get greedy with upgrades. If an item has 5 slots, try upgrading it twice and calling it good enough.
