Item upgrading guide.

are weapons/armors/shields created by specialist/crafters upgradeable? do they have slots too?

am still low level and tried to create items, but they didnt have any slots. are these always the case, even in higher levels? or is this random?

I hope that crafting can create items with upgrade slots. Without this it really lowers crafters to making ok and good items but never the best equipment. Keep working on your crafting and find out, or someone who has been able to make a slot item may reply soon. :-)

yes you can craft items with slots, especially at higher levels

Crafters will be very very very in demand in the giga final update since in that update there will be a chance that they can craft an Intense weapon and armors.

1) Where to find the talics, gems, items to upgrade craft.
talics and gems you can get from refining ores that you get from mining. You can refine ores at the "Ore NPC". the place where you buy batteries for your mining machine thing. Upgrading weaponry you need talics and a upgrade item which can be purchased from the "misc. item npc" the NPC that sells bags, maps, loot, etc.


2) Where to perform the upgrades for each race locations.
All "misc item NPCs" are in HQ.

3) What level character equipment does it generally become useful for?
i don't understand the question.

4) What level gear and character is it cheapest to play with the skill to learn how to do it.
What skill, upgrading? It is equal for all classes. Specialists only have the upper hand in making items, not upgrading them.


5) How much mining does it take and patience before you get the gems and talics?
The greater the amount of ores, the greater the possible amount of gems and talics. So the longer you mine the greater the chance. Refining ores is a random process.

6) What type of talics used for what type of gear and race and in what numbers ex. 6 slotted weapon can use how many of what type of talics or combo?
Refer to my talic guide in the gameplay guide section. You can put any kind of talic you want into any type of weapon, so its mainly up to you what you want to upgrade your armor and weapons with. As for slots, there is only 1 rule: 6 slots = 6 talic upgrade possible. 5 slots for 5 upgrades , 4 for 4, etc.

7) is there any ingame money to be made and at what level equipment gear is the market start.
From upgrading? well it COSTs a lot to upgrade and there is high chance of failure. However, if you can pull it off. The item worth goes up by a LOT, (well, it should. but it also depends on if the talic you upgraded your armour with is useful or not).

I was wondering something about tuhe upgrading.

Did the chance of success is the same for all the class ? with the same kind of gems on it of course.

Was just wondering if the specialist/crafter class will got a better chance of success for that kind of thing.
