Class Change?

Hey guys I was wondering, if anyone have any information about a class change? Only thing I've heared is that there is a class change at lv' 19 but not certain (which npc to talk to, wut to do).
I'm quite lowbe.. just wanted to know if there's any information bout it. (lv 18 Melee, Cora)

i always thought class change was at level 30?? ^^"
now theres one at 19?? i dont think job changes happen so fast...

You can only change your class when you reach the lvl30, and the npc you need to talk to for this is the one up the stairs in HQ
(he was here in the korean version , sorry if i did make some mistake here ^^ )

One problem, I can't read Chinese-Taiwan and I don't want to choose the wrong class. So any idea's how to counter this minor detail problem?
