Perhaps I found open beta

I was searching through forums trying to find an open beta when I came across this site http://rfonline.x2game.com/pds/client/client.asp

I can't read the language so I don't know what it says but I went ahead and downloaded rf from the site. I keep getting a wierd error when I try to play the game. If someone out there could translate the page we may be able to get onto an open beta server.

The download is open to anybody. It's the accounts that are closed(/limited), not the client download. >_>

And the link tot he forum you provided, in which they link to RFOnline sites, they're for the Korean version which is already in retail,
