Basic Skill Pt

my basic skill is at 27, but when i start hearing that u need 30 basic pts to unlock expert skills i started to pay more attention on increasing my skill pt.

i leveled sum skills (i.e. extended rage went up a level, accuracy went up a level) but it still stays at 27... a couple days later, it went to 28, but none of my skills leveled that day.

how does skill PT really work?

As far as i'm aware, levelling skill PTs is just a case of using that particular skill, nothing more.

What I do know is, that there have been several times when i've experienced "lag" on both my basic skill PT and things like my CP - its taken the servers anywhere from an hour to an entire to actually update these when advancements have been made - which sounds like whats happened to you in this case

hopefully this is the case, cuz i leveled 2 more skills up a level and still stuck at 28. ive been dying to use those 2nd tier skills (extend buff + defender) but as i said my basic pt seems stuck.

also, i hope this is the case for my Ranking bug problem. u can check it on the questions thread.
