there are 3 ways to PT train
1. hunt 1-3 star mobs, below level 30 you'd get 3 points per normal attack (after job change it's 4points per hit), less comsumption of pots and more loots in the long run, easier to kill.

2. hunt 4-5 star mobs will give you 9 points per attack (8 for 1st job) but will consume more pots nad less loots.

3. hunt 6-7 star mobs will give 12 (max for your level) but almost no loots, and will be using pots a LOT but in terms of speed this is the fastest way to train PT.

after you max your PT and say you're 50% on your way to your next level you can join a power leveling party, where they will usually hunt monsters 10-15 levels ahead of them, this is the fastest way to level and each party member will be given the bonus 10% exp everytime a monster dies, as well as exp per damage that you do (however you won't be gaining any PT's on this because the monster would be too high for your character level).

Most important stats for Destroyer are: close range and defense PT's. If you use a shield than lvl ur shield PT too. Those 3 are probably the most important ones. Than you can do long range pt too if u want to wear Ranger Armor (gives elemental resistance, more stamina, lets you run faster, and gives faster attk speed). Launcher PT for a warrior is the least important. You should lvl it just for fun. Warriors don't use launchers very much because their lauch PT isn't very high and they dont have launcher skills like strikers do.

So in conclusion, LvL CR, Def, and Sheild PT. But if you want to be the best you can be than lvl all ur PT's. It might take some more time, but I think it's worth it. Plus shooting launcher's can be fun. (Shoot enemies from far away than run up and slash them to pieces hehe :clown: )

I was wondering If anyone else is having trouble lvling there magic pts. Every time I level I seem to keep getting behind. I bought 1 spell from each element and is using them constantly. Is using 1 spell good enough to lvl the element or should I be lvling the other 3 spells in each element as well .

I lvl 2 mages to 21.

One method I tried lvling just off 1 star mob. Ended up with 2 million cash(forgot ingame name) 2-3 defense pt short of Max, and 5-8 short of max spell pts.

2nd method(which I found best) I would rotate between +4star mob and 1 star mob. +4star mob when I need to raise def and back to 1 star mob when its max. Lvl extremly fast. End up with 1.5 million cash, defense max, and like the first method still 5-8 short of Max spell pts.

I also got 2 other lvl 20s(1 archer and 1 warrior) but they were extremly easy to keep all PTs Max.

So if anyone could give me some tips or points on magic pt lvling that would be great. :-D

try killing monsters that you would normally kill to level with a lower level staff, that way you can deal more damage to the monster before you kill it. You may also want to try this method on A level monsters, since they have higher HP.

thanks for the advice but wouldnt just killing normally be better cause u get more loot insted of using more spells on one mob? Say 2 shot mob with a good staff rather then 4 shot mob with a lower lvl staff. Just die and lose exp ?

Guess what im really asking is do other casters manage to keep there spells cap each lvl or is it normal to be behind on the cap? Like I said earlier, I can do it with melee/rangers but cant seem to do it with spells.

You get a lot of extra exp from the kill bonuses, if you go with only low-level monsters. It's tricky getting the balance right, to not get too much exp, while still gaining enough towards the PTs.

PL is easy but PT training is not. :-( just hunt 7/6 dots monster to gain max additional pt per hit... :-D its like pL? yes it is but when you reach 80-90% just
get your character killed by the same kind of monster thrice to lvl dwn... :-D do dis until you max out all your (excpt force) :-D when your still lvl 30 :-D
den PL mode for 31-33 coz it just add up to 7pt per pt depends on your job..

Sounds good. Just 1 more things that still got me confuse.

Do lvling more then 1 spell from each tree help increase my PT? Or is it a fix amount needed per PT and it would be just the same as just focusing on 1 spell?

Kind of hard to explain
