I assume most of you guys cannot read Chinese here. How do you play RF Online at your current version of Windows?

I tried to run the game under English WinXP and it would not start, so I end up Dual boot with Chinese WinXP to start the game.

It's actually quite simple really. Just run your regular English version of Windows XP. Go to your control panel. Click on Regional and language options. Go under the advanced tab and under the language option for non-unicode programs, select Chinese(Taiwan). This will reboot your computer and everything will remain in English, but you can now play RFOnline. :)
